The Youth Ministry at The Well Church strives to establish a foundation for building Christian character, morals, values and behaviors within our youth (Ages 13 - 24); by using creative and innovative methods to inspire, excite, capture and most importantly, ignite young people for Jesus and His Word. Our goal is to enable young people to understand and recognize who Jesus is and what it is to live for Him only.
The Youth Ministry work to respond to the social and spiritual needs of the youth within our church and community by providing relative programs, activities, and events that will allow them to build a strong foundation of faith that will enable them to not only express but also share their faith through their own words, actions and deeds. We want to encourage them to use their individual talents in programs and ministries that interest them in order to nurture their growth, not only as youth but youth of faith.
El Ministerio de Jóvenes de la Iglesia El Pozo se esfuerza por establecer una base sólida para formar el carácter cristiano, la moral, los valores y las conductas en nuestros jóvenes (de 13 a 24 años); utilizando métodos creativos e innovadores para inspirar, entusiasmar, captar y, lo más importante, encender el fuego de los jóvenes para Jesús y Su Palabra. Nuestro objetivo es ayudar a los jóvenes a entender y reconocer quién es Jesús y lo que significa vivir únicamente para Él.
El Ministerio de Jóvenes trabaja para responder a las necesidades sociales y espirituales de los jóvenes dentro de nuestra iglesia y comunidad, ofreciendo programas, actividades y eventos relevantes que les permitan construir una base firme de fe. Esto les capacitará no solo para expresar su fe, sino también para compartirla a través de sus propias palabras, acciones y hechos. Queremos animarlos a usar sus talentos individuales en programas y ministerios que les interesen, con el fin de fomentar su crecimiento, no solo como jóvenes, sino como jóvenes de fe.
